About Word & Picture Cards

Create, customise and share picture cards created using a library of 15,000 Creative Commons symbols from Mulberry, Tawasol and Arasaac. Single and paired cards can be created - pairs can be folded to make double sided cards with text on one side and the image on the alternate.

A searchable library of teacher created sets is provided - your own personal sets can now be saved to My Stuff if you are logged in.

Click cards on the preview page to edit or delete them.

Use the check boxes to toggle display of a small label under the image and to switch between printing single cards and pairs of cards for folding or matching activities.

• Font is used to select the typeface and Styles provides several colour schemes and border types
• Size selects the overall size of cards on the page.
• Redraw will refresh the printable if a loading delay has prevented a symbol from appearing.
• Load Cards opens the newly added card library which is searchable and organised by category.
• Save Cards adds new card sets to the library.
• Add New Card places a new blank card on the page for editing
• Delete All Cards clears the current page so you can create a new card set.
