| Jane | 7th October 2007 | Love the site. Having trouble downloading printables this weekend is it me or is it happening to everyone? Reply: The website has been moved to another server over the weekend and this has caused loss of connection for some users. It may take up to 24hrs for the change of address to be registered everywhere, but after that things should be back to normal and hopefully a little faster. |

Today however I am having great difficulty when I go to enlarge printables as they get smaller not bigger- any ideas what the problem is? Reply: Its because you're using the Firefox browser - although its much better than Internet Explorer in most respects it doesn't support Flash embedded on the page with relative sizes which is how the enlargement works. Hopefully will be supported soon. |
